*** CALL CENTRE / CALL LOG functionality added to POS Manager Professional.
We have now added call centre & call logging functionality to the POS Manager Back Office. This enables our customers to log all service calls from their clients. Workshop jobs can be created from the service call, and the process is followed through to invoicing, as well as re-opening of workshop jobs.
