Unisoft POS Manager Event Server, will process the events created using the activity scheduler, which is a module included in the enterprise and professional back office.
The Event Server will send out your messages either via SMS, or email. These might be marketing campaigns, customer reminders, special offers, job completion notifications, customer statements.
The event server also processes activities that are not automatically handled by the system, such as outgoing phone calls, outgoing letters, follow ups, and any other type of communication required in a busy enterprise.
